Downloadable desktop software, with trial versions available 2. Games, which typically have no trial nor demo versions available 1. REFUND POLICY FOR SOFTWARE WITH TRIAL VERSION AVAILABLE ---------------------------------------------------------- For software products where the trial versions are available, you are expected to try them out and see if the software works properly for your purposes. Because of that, all sales are final and no refund will be issued, with the following exceptions: a) If you live in a country where refunds are required by the law b) You can demonstrate that the full version of the software has a defect that you weren't able to trigger in the trial version c) You wish to refund one version of the product to buy another version 2. REFUND POLICY FOR GAMES -------------------------- Games are sold via the Steam platform, so their refund policy applies. Generally, you can refund a game within 14 days of purchase if you played it for less than two hours. Refunds are handled by Steam support, so whichever decision they made, will be the final decision.
